Return & Care Policy


Thank you for purchasing an item from Secret Garden!

Our items have been made from hand which means each bead, stitch and decorative object has been carefully placed to create your majestic item from Secret Garden.

Decorative objects are typically held on by thread or glue and over time it may weaken so please take care of you purchase.

NO REFUNDS

Here at Secret Garden we do not refund. Our items are handmade/tailormade to the specific sizes available to purchase.

EXCHANGE

We are happy to exchange unused, none sale items returned within 7 days of the customer receiving their order. 

The items must not be worn, altered or washed. If there are sign of any of the above the item will be sent back to you and you will not be eligble for an exchange. 

We understand that it important for our customers to get their returns processed as soon as possible. It usually takes anywhere from 2-4 business days to process your online store credit. Once your return has been processed, you'll be issued an email informing you about your online store credit.

All original shipping fees are non-refundable & return shipping costs are the customers responsibility.  

If an item is unsatisfactory, a written explanation and a photograph is needed before the item may be considered for an exchange. You will be required to send the item back and you are responsible for the return shipping costs.

SALE items are not eligible for exchange, all sales are final.

How do I look after my item?

BAGS: Your item can be wiped with a damp cloth if you need to remove surface dirt. 

VINTAGE CLOTHING: Dry Cleaned

CLOTHES: Handwash 

SCARFS: Dry Cleaned / Hand Steamer

Please pay attention to the care labels on clothing.
